I am little by little adapting to the routine I promised myself I would follow. It is hard, believe me. In such a city you don't feel like being that regular at the gym, or spending extra office hours at work, knowing the streets are full of things to do and see.
However I am going back to being strict with my eating and sleeping schedules, doing the groceries and trying to cook a bit more at home so I can plan the meals for the following week. Not that successful in that, but oh well. Also, I feel I am staying more in the city during weekends, which I never did, I always went to pay a visit to my family and stayed there for the whole weekend. And as for the gym, well. I wanted to train about 4x a week (Mon, Thu, Sat & Sun) but it seems the only day I never skip is Saturday morning, weird I know..
